CA Arpit Singh is a Master of Business Administration with more than fifteen years of professional experience. He has vast experience in providing Internal audit and Risk Advisory services to Private as well as Public Companies in the sector of FMCG, Poultry Farms, Agriculture, Power, Education, Automobiles, Packaging etc. He also has rich experience to handle Audit committee of a Listed entities. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting Internal audits.

Arpit holds a BBA degree from Rohilkhand University, CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Certificate Course on Goods & Services Tax from Aldine CA.

Kumar Manish Anand is a Master of Business Administration with more than fifteen years of professional experience and associated with the firm as a Director in Business Development. He has managed various assignments involving Accounting Review, Audit Support Services, MIS Support, Statutory Audits, Internal audits, process reviews, development of standard operating procedures and conducting review of internal financial controls covering a range of industries including Packaging, Food, Chemicals, Information Technology, Education etc.

Ms. Garima Sharma is a qualified taxation lawyer with a rich professional experience of more than 12 years and associated with the firm as a Legal Head. She has lastly worked with K. G. Somani & Company, CA Firm, Delhi as ‘Director-Indirect Taxes’. She has wide and rich experience in Indirect Taxes in the field of Special Audits, C&AG Audits by assisting Tax Authorities, consultancy and advisory services, Legal Opinions etc. She has assisted counsels in plethora of matters before the Tribunals and High Courts. She has also assisted senior counsels for various matters and has been successfully arguing re-assessment/ revision proceedings before the tax authorities.
